A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event or session.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.

Coverage

The photographer will provide services as agreed prior to the event. While every effort is made to capture all key moments, no specific images are guaranteed.

Style & Editing

You acknowledge that you are familiar with the photographer’s style. Final images are delivered at the photographer’s discretion and are edited in a consistent style.

Delivery

Images will be delivered within an agreed timeframe via an online gallery.

Usage

The photographer retains copyright of all images.

Clients are granted a personal licence to use and share images for non-commercial purposes. Images must not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Model Release

The photographer may use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Liability

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments made.
